These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of services provided by AION SILLAGE LLC, a company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States, with a registered address at: 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. Email: [email protected]. By purchasing services from sillagedata.com (“Website”), you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

AION SILLAGE LLC provides fully digital AI visibility reports for SEO agencies, including:

  • Free sample report (one brand, 10 customer questions, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity)
  • Full report (30 questions, each asked 3 times)
  • Monthly monitoring (up to 5 brands, a new report every month)

All services are delivered digitally.

2. Orders & Payments

  • The free sample is free: no card, no call.
  • Prices are shown on the Website in US dollars.

3. Delivery Timelines

  • The free sample is delivered within 48 hours.
  • A full report is delivered within 3 business days after we have the brand, its website and 3 competitors.
  • Monthly reports are delivered every month, on the same questions.

If a full report is not delivered within 3 business days after we have the brand, its website and 3 competitors, we refund its price in full, as described in the Refund Policy.

4. Report Scope

The answers come from the official APIs of ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity, with web search on. They can differ from what a person sees in the apps, and they change from one day to the next, so every report is a dated snapshot. Reports cover ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity only. Gemini's API cannot be set to a country, so its answers are not tied to one.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Check the report before sending it to their own client
  • Ensure they have the right to submit the brand names and content they send us

We never contact your client. The client assumes full responsibility for ensuring legal compliance.

6. Intellectual Property

Reports are white label: the client may send a report to their own client under their own logo and name, and decide what to charge for it. AION SILLAGE LLC retains ownership of its methods, code, templates and internal files.

7. Third-Party Names & Trademarks

  • ChatGPT is a trademark of OpenAI. Claude is a trademark of Anthropic. Gemini is a trademark of Google. Perplexity is a trademark of Perplexity AI, Inc.
  • Sillage Data is independent and not affiliated with OpenAI, Anthropic, Google or Perplexity.

8. Refunds

Refund eligibility is governed strictly by Sillage Data’s official Refund Policy. By purchasing services, clients confirm they have read and agreed to the Refund Policy.

9. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Clients agree to contact us before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute on a full report ($349) or a monthly payment ($549 per month).

If a chargeback is initiated without prior communication:

  • Work on the report or the monthly monitoring is immediately paused.
  • AION SILLAGE LLC reserves the right to dispute the claim.
  • Delivery of reports may be stopped.

Fraudulent disputes may result in permanent service refusal.

10. Cancellation

  • The free sample has nothing to cancel.
  • A full report ($349) can be canceled before work begins. After delivery, it is covered by the Refund Policy only if it was late.
  • Monthly monitoring ($549 per month, up to 5 brands) can be canceled at any time by writing to [email protected]. The cancellation takes effect from the next monthly payment; the month already paid is delivered.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • AION SILLAGE LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.
  • AION SILLAGE LLC is not responsible for business losses, lost profits, or marketing outcomes.
  • Maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service: $349 for a full report, or the amount paid for the month concerned ($549) for monthly monitoring.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AION SILLAGE LLC makes no guarantees regarding:

  • A brand’s place in any assistant’s answer
  • Business results
  • Agreement between a report and what a person sees in the apps

13. Termination

AION SILLAGE LLC reserves the right to refuse service involving abuse or harassment, fraudulent activity, or violation of these Terms.

14. Modifications

AION SILLAGE LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms become effective upon posting on the Website.
