Refund Policy

At AION SILLAGE LLC, we want you to feel confident when ordering. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be issued.

1. Free Sample

The free sample is a real report on a brand you choose. If it does not help you, stop there. You owe nothing.

2. Full Report Refund Policy

If a full report is not delivered within 3 business days after we have the brand, its website and 3 competitors, we refund its price in full ($349), or cancel the invoice if you have not paid it yet. The 3 business days start on the day we have all three.

3. Monthly Monitoring

Monthly monitoring ($549 per month) can be canceled at any time by writing to [email protected]; it takes effect from the next monthly payment. Refund requests for a monthly report are reviewed by email.

4. How Refunds Are Processed

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider. AION SILLAGE LLC is not responsible for any bank, payment processor, or currency conversion fees that may apply.
